Born in Cape Town to British parents, Richard’s early childhood was mainly in Greyton before schooling in the UK and travelling between South Africa, the UK and his father’s home as a diplomat. South Africa has always been his true home despite schooling and university in the North of England and then forging a career in real estate in Central London & Guernsey, Channel Islands. ‘I love my Mondays because I love my job’. Falling into the London real estate market in his early twenties, Richard worked for leading estate agent brands as well as a buying agent, his favourite role to date. It is only natural then at some point in his career he would go it alone and create Hardie Property, Richard’s core values are efficiency, customer service, communication and trust.
